  • No. Confidence coaching is for anyone who wants more clarity, consistency, and self-trust. Dad-specific coaching is available as a focused path, but it’s not required.

  • Coaching helps you stop second-guessing, make clearer decisions, follow through more consistently, and build confidence that carries into your work, relationships, and daily life.

  • No. Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, but helps you build awareness, structure, and accountability to move forward.

  • Start with a short conversation to see if coaching is a good fit. From there, we’ll decide the right next step based on your goals and what you’re working through.
