No. Confidence coaching is for anyone who wants more clarity, consistency, and self-trust. Dad-specific coaching is available as a focused path, but it’s not required.

No. Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, but helps you build awareness, structure, and accountability to move forward.
